Why are guided tours offered by appointment only?
Reservations are extremely important for guided tours of the alpaca farm as they allow us to better plan our daily tasks and ensure that we can provide you with a quality experience. Unlike other places where tours are managed by dedicated staff, our tours are given by the owners themselves. By booking in advance, we can ensure that we have enough time to show you all the wonders of the farm and answer any questions you may have.
Alpaca Farm Guided Tour Reservation Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected events can occur, and you may need to cancel your reservation for the guided tour of the alpaca farm. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy that allows you to do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. However, to cover transaction fees related to this cancellation, a 3% fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please note that any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refundable. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend the guided tour so that we can offer your spot to someone else.
