Why are guided tours offered by appointment only?
Booking is extremely important for alpaca farm tours as it allows us to better plan our daily tasks and ensure that we can provide you with a quality experience. Indeed, unlike other places where tours are run by dedicated employees, our tours are given by the owners themselves. By booking in advance, we can therefore ensure that we have enough time to show you all the wonders of the farm and answer all your questions.
Alpaca Farm Guided Tour Reservation Cancellation Policy:
We are aware that the unexpected can happen and that you may need to cancel your guided tour reservation at the alpaca farm. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy that allows you to do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, in order to offset the transaction costs related to this cancellation, a 3% fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. We thank you for your understanding in this regard. It is important to note that any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the visit will not be refundable. We therefore encourage you to contact us as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend the guided tour so that we can offer your place to someone else.
