Description
Participation Guidelines – Alpaca Walk
- No refunds, no date changes after purchase, and the activity is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- No compensation will be provided if the tour has already started.
- The price is per participant.
Age Requirements and Supervision
- Children aged 7 to 11 must share one alpaca with an accompanying adult (one adult per child).
- Youth aged 12 to 17 may lead their own alpaca but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- For safety reasons, children aged 6 and under are not permitted. Strollers and baby carriers are not allowed.
Required Attire
- Closed-toe shoes are required (running shoes or hiking boots).
- Wear clothing appropriate for the day’s weather.
- Flip-flops, sandals, and any other unsafe footwear are not permitted.
Safety and Conduct
- The guide reserves the right to remove an alpaca from any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or who fails to follow instructions, in order to ensure the safety of everyone—both people and animals.
⚠️ Liability Waiver
We make every effort to ensure that the activity takes place in the best possible conditions and in a safe environment. This is generally the case, which is why it is essential that participants follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
However, it is important to remember that alpacas are living animals. Despite every precaution taken, unforeseen situations may occur. By booking your activity, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to release the owners and Ferme Récréative Caza et Alpagas from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur anywhere on the property.
You acknowledge that you are participating in this activity voluntarily and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and for the safety of any participants for whom you have made the reservation.
You also waive any present or future claims against Ferme Récréative Caza et Alpagas.
